Timothy began his career in Oklahoma at The Ranchers Club, before moving to Los Angeles. He worked at several Michelin starred restaurants with a focus on Farm to Table. He went on to open Flatiron Catering, a Farm to Table Food Truck, operating in Los Angeles for 7 years. Chef Abell has won numerous awards including winning the 1st season of Esquire's Knife Fight. He also got an L to a Fireman on Guys Grocery Games. Raven is Chef Timothy's dream project combining woodfire cooking & local produce in creative & chaotic ways. He is passionate about wine & picked out every bottle on the menu to pair with his cuisine.
